Job applicants, current and former TRUSTCYCLEUK employees
When individuals apply to work Trust Cycle UK, we will only use the information they supply to us to process their application and to monitor recruitment statistics. Where we want to disclose information to a third party, for example where we want to take up a reference or obtain a ‘disclosure’ from the Criminal Records Bureau we will not do so without informing them beforehand unless the disclosure is required by law.
Once a person has taken up employment with Trust Cycle UK, we will compile a file relating to their employment. The information contained in this will be kept secure and will only be used for purposes directly relevant to that person’s employment. Once their employment with Trust Cycle UK has ended, we will retain the file in accordance with the requirements of our retention schedule.
Your rights
Under the data protection legislation, you have the right to request copies of your data, request rectification of your data, request erasure of your data, object to Us processing your data, the right to prevent your data being used for direct marketing, request Us to restrict the process and where our systems allow, the right to access a copy of the information We hold about you (a subject access request).

OUR STATISTICS

Settlement will be valued according to the individual merits of each case. The claims calculator is intended as a guide only. Your Solicitor will be able to advise you of settlements you may be entitled to, and will be capable of offering guidance through the settlement stages of your claim.
NO WIN NO FEE*
Our legal costs are only payable if your claim is a success. Whilst most of these costs will then be recovered from your opponent, there is a possibility of a shortfall, which may be deducted from your final settlement award.
If your claim is not successful, we will not ask you to pay or contribute to our legal costs provided that you have followed the terms Conditional Fee Agreement that you signed. There might be scenarios set out within the Conditional Fee Agreement where you are liable to meet the charges even if you do not win, such as no longer instructing us before the claim is won or settled.
If your claim is unsuccessful, there may be costs in relation to disbursements that we have paid on your behalf throughout the claim (such as medical fees, bike & clothing replacements & repairs and Court fees). These mentioned disbursements are separate from our legal costs, and you may be able to take out an insurance policy that covers you against these charges. We will discuss these with you at the outset, and your options in relation to that protection, and the costs associated with similar ones.

Trust Cycle UK operates social media channels that may utilise images that cannot alway be traced to their original source due to multiple re-purposes/shares. In the event that a credit cannot be bestowed, content will be removed upon receipt of a request to do so from the proven original content producer.
Stock images will and are used in accordance with associated usage rights.
